Guardfolio relies on third-party APIs (such as Plaid and SnapTrade) to receive data from your financial institutions. We may not receive data in a timely manner, and inaccurate or incomplete data may be sent to Guardfolio by those providers or institutions. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions in data received through third-party connections.

You may need to re-authenticate or reconnect accounts periodically (for example when required by Plaid or your institution); if you do not, data for that account may stop updating.

The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA, or may be conducted remotely via video conference at your election. YOU AND GUARDFOLIO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void.
