TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUARDFOLIO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for missed opportunities or portfolio changes due to system outages, internet connectivity problems, or third-party platform failures (including Plaid, SnapTrade, email providers, and other external services).

While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted access to our platform. You should not rely solely on our alerts or monitoring features for time-sensitive investment decisions.
